COVID 19 UPDATE

We have worked hard to create a safe environment including becoming certified compliant with state guidelines for reopening. 

Here's what you may expect: 

  • You must confirm your appointment via the email you provided when making your initial appointment. ​

  • When confirming you are agreeing that to your best knowledge you are not currently ill, do not have a fever, do not have a cough, are not positive for Covid 19, are not under quarantine orders or do not live with anyone who is and have not been exposed to anyone with these symptoms. 

  • Please wait in your car when you arrive for your appointment and text 209.587.3124 that you have arrived. We will let you know when we are ready for your appointment as the waiting area is currently prohibited. 

  • Your stylist will be wearing a mask throughout your appointment and we ask that you do as well. We can provide one for you if needed.

We are hoping that we'll be able to ease off these measures soon and we appreciate your patience. We are grateful for your ongoing loyalty and support.

We appreciate your patronage and are committed to providing an excellent experience. Due to the exclusive services that we offer, we have enacted policies to ensure all clients are given quality service and the opportunity to enjoy our services. We understand that unforeseen events occur that may cause a need to cancel an appointment. In our commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our time, we have adopted the following policies.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE & NO SHOW

As a courtesy to other clients and myself, appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or re-scheduled without a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in a full service charge. Any same day cancellations or no show´s will also result in a full service charge. 

ALL CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES MUST BE MADE VIA THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM, NO TEXT MESSAGES, EMAILS, OR VOICE MAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

PAYMENT POLICY 

All appointments require a deposit to secure your time via the online booking website. Remaining balance MUST be made in cash at the beginning of your service. 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our services, there are no refunds on services, prepaid series, packages, gift certificates  or purchased products at any time. Please see the owner if you are unsatisfied with any service received so that we may attempt to remedy the situation to the best of our ability.


DEPOSITS: All deposits are non refundable. If you decide you do not want the scheduled service you may apply that deposit to another service we offer, if you qualify. 


PRIVACY & RIGHT OF REFUSAL POLICY

 We will not give or sell your information to a third party. Client data is stored in a secured electronic database for your protection. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem necessary.

SPA ETIQUETTE


In order to maintain a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, please silence cell phones while inside the studio and limit the use of your cell phone during service time to emergencies only.


These policies were adopted to ensure that the therapists time, the studio and its efforts be respected and to ensure that your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience.


NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10

NO GUEST WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE TREATMENT ROOM
